Tools of the Trade


You’re invited to attend the MOACAC 2018 Tools of the Trade workshop!

Do you have one year of experience or less in the Admissions world? If so, this workshop is for you!  Tools of the Trade is designed to inform and inspire admission counselors who are just getting started in the field.  The workshop will include informative sessions, networking opportunities and a little fun, too!

LOCATION:   University of Missouri – St. Louis (UMSL)

DATE:  August 2-3, 2018

COST: MOACAC Members: $115.00, Non-MOACAC Members: $165.00

  • The MOACAC member discount is applied on an INDIVIDUAL ticket basis only. If you are a member, please do not purchase tickets for others who are non-members, or please purchase their membership during the transaction. MOACAC membership for a College/University Institution Representative or College/University Regional Representative is $30. The Room rate will also apply to all traveling attendees for 3 nights prior to and after the event.  Please feel free to book as many nights necessary, based on your travel schedule.  We do encourage our local attendees to stay at least the night of Thursday, August 2nd.  Drury Inn & Suites is located approximately 10-15 minutes from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.  It is located in Brentwood and is in close proximity to the Galleria Mall and many restaurants.

You will receive a copy of the agenda approximately 1-2 weeks before the event but below is a tentative schedule.  Please keep an eye out for an email with the final agenda.

Conference attendees should feel free to bring laptops or wireless devices to take notes.  Copies of all presentations will be sent to attendees following the conclusion of the conference.
